2023 MY Information Release?
Anyone know when BMW historically releases information on the new MY? I'm anxiously awaiting. Searches right now only pull up the 2023 is a hybrid which we all know is not true.

Next MY info usually comes in the form of an ordering guide around late-May (for July builds).
Will see how that goes given all the supply-chain issues, Ukraine wiring harness supply, chip shortages, and other delays.

Has BMW actually stated the G3x/F90 will end with MY22? If so it seems this would be the shortest run for a 5 series, no? Pretty much all the 5 series ran for 7 or 8 years. If MY23 (starting fall 2022) started the next series.. that'd be just 6 years for the non-M and 5 for the M.

Its too early still, order banks will open in June, so catalog should be hitting in May time frame. In similar fashion, the only changes will be a couple new exclusive colors and new trim option maybe two, and maybe some non-standard features will become standard, that's normally the case with these cars, I highly doubt there will any technical or mechanical changes.
For MY2022 mine is showing 4 zone climate control as standard, just as an example, probably in 2021 that wasn't a standard option but part of some package. |
