I am enamored with the lci headlight but want to buy an 18 or 19 m5. That being said, i wish there was an aftermarket provider that made a headlight similar to the lci. Doesn't seem like that exists…is anyone else interested in this????

Can't recall the thread but I believe it's already been posted with a tutorial for retrofitting

No. The front headlights were the biggest complaint going into the LCI.

The tail lights can be changed out. Quite sure the Headlights can't be retrofitted. Different front end from pre-post LCI.

I've done a full retrofit from pre-lci to LCI, including the laser lights. Well worth it IMO.

You have my attention! I also didn't think this was possible. Can you post pics? And cost? Did a search to see if you had posted and found nothing…

I think the LCI headlights are a huge improvement over the pre-lci. I guess the tail lights are technically an easier retrofit, but I think that overall it's the subtle changes to the bumpers along with the light design improvements that come together to create the sleeker more modern look. At this point, I wonder if it would make more sense to just trade a pre-lci for an lci

Last July, no one seemed to like the LCI. Got compared to a Hyundai even. Funny how the tide changed.

It is possible and people have done it. Check out a guy from Russia on ig @dr.tamirlan . He converted his champagne Quartz F90 to full LCI front end. If you scroll down his profile deep enough you will see the car when it was pre-LCI then during the convention, and now it's all after photos.

Appreciate that. I just want to change the headlights not the bumper. Going for a pure headlight retrofit. I suspect some aftermarket company will make ones like the OEM and then i can upgrade.

Lol 2 people have shown interest in the LCI lights. Hardly call that a change of tide. But I get what you mean.

I personally still don't like the look at all. It's not iconic BMW and looks just like every other "modern" car on the road now which is my only problem with them

I like the tail lights, I like the front bumper even, bigger iDrive screen and better suspension are also awesome. Don't like that there's a camera now that watches you though….haha

Very, very nice! Iv been looking at this the last week. Have you any photos with the lights on in the dark? Is there any difference with these changes other than that nice blue neon in the center? Thanks
