Flat Tire / Tire bursting every month

My F90 is lowered on H&R M550i Springs. After lowering everytime I hit a huge bump my front tires become flat and bursts out either left or right side. Never happened before springs.

I had to change 6 times now the front tires. Happens every month almost. Front is running Pirelli P Zero 275/35/20
Rears are Michelin PS4 285/35/20

Anyone facing similar issue?

why is running two different tires (and both are similar anyway) on two different axles bad? i've seen this done before. not a huge deal, and this is definitely not caushing his problems.

my dads car is lowered the same, has the same pzeros up front, Never an issue... sorry i can't help OP

Did you try taking the car back to the place where you had the suspension modified? If so what did they say? Just out of curiosity why would you not put the stock wheel sizes on the front? I assume the car came with Michelin tires. Why did you switch to Perrelli tires in the front? I am not sure what is causing the problem, but these are just some questions that come to mind.

I've been on H&R 550's for more than two years with zero issues on 21" wheels.

What tire pressure are you running?

Are you sure about those tire sizes? That’s not the correct size for the front, and doing 285 width on the narrower wheel might contribute to blowing the bead. Also, could you clarify “huge” bumps? You’re not expecting to hop curbs or large potholes with your lowered sport sedan are you?

Car came with P Zeros, I changed the rears to Ps4s. I was just waiting for summer to change the fronts to PS4s. Summer is nearby now so will do it soon.

Changed rears because tires were bald.

Sizes are OEM.
Huge bumps as in the type of bumps in the roads of NYC.
The bump I hit at 40MPH is probably the size of a 27 inch Monitor. Deep hollow inside.

Based on OP's mention of tread depth difference between front and rears, you should replace all 4 at the same time on AWD Vehicles. Guess I inferred the tread part before he said it.

Try running 33-34 and see if that helps ... a tire that is less inflated will have more give when it hits a pothole when compressed against the wheel.

I run 33 front and 34 rears.

That's what my tires were inflated to after break in service. Previously they were in the 40's

Im in NYC too, Upper West Side to be exact. Im lowered on 20in and haven't had any issues. The roads are pretty bad so I try to drive around most of the potholes. I run 34 all around.

The incompetence at dealerships never ceases to amaze me .. I honestly cringe every time I leave the car.
