My new, second F90!
I just picked up my second F90 after parting from my last one, regretting it, trying to fill the void with other cars, selling them, and then getting another F90 that just showed up unannounced at my local dealership due to a dealer trade!
Spec is great, and although it wouldn’t have been how I’d have ordered it, I’m glad I got pushed outside my comfort zone to try something different because I really love it!
I’ve ordered IND’s reflector replacement kit, as well as a carbon comp rear spoiler by Autotecknic, also from IND. It may end up being the only carbon on the car, unlike my last F90 which had the MPP mirrors, sills, and PRO spoiler. Again, the more reserved Tanz begs for less carbon, I think… perhaps it’s more about shape than shade this time. Only have one pic so far, but many more are to come! Cheers! -Ash |

No I get it! I’m the same way. Timeless classic look.
Back in the day, I had a Z32 (twin turbo) with Oz Mito Modulars! O EM GEE those were hot! Wish I still had that car… |

Nice build! I'm glad you like the 810's because my incoming BHG F90 accidentally has them due to a dealer error. Wanted 789's, but now don't want to wait months for the next allocation.

Yeah my last F90 had the forged 789’s which are a great wheel, but after looking into it more I realized that the weight reduction isn’t as big as with an aftermarket forged wheel, so that made it easier to appreciate the 810’s for what I consider to be better looks.

My F80 was TB. In person the CF looks bananas against it. I would load up on it, and not worry about it
Looks great, enjoy!

Good to know! I am a bit torn on whether to go OEM or aftermarket (quality brands only) if I do CF, but I have time to figure that all out!
i might even try Akra exhaust this time. Had MPE on my last one and it was fantastic sounding, but pretty aggressive on cold start (wife’s disapproving eye). PS, got pics of your TB with cf bits? Would love to see them! |

Here are a few I have the get the CF a bit, but no great pics from my dumb phone. All of these looked better in person. That said, the F80 had a lot of curves and really drew attention to these details up close. The F90 is a bit more subtle, so ymmv

Thanks y’all!
Speaking of Autotecknic carbon, I was all ready to purchase their CS style spoiler for my car but some cursory googling revealed a pattern of a subset of customers receiving products of questionable quality. Frankly, cost is less of an issue for me, and I prefer a CS style spoiler that attaches to the trunk deck lid in the stock spoiler location, rather than than on the diagonal edge that the MPP Caron PRO spoiler attaches. But the bad reviews have pushed me to just order the PRO as I know it will be perfect quality even if it doesn’t have exactly the look I’m going for. I wish the OEM “true” CS carbon parts were available to purchase from BMW! Anyone here have experience with Autotecknic CF products? |

Couldn't stand the 810M on my F92, but love them on the F90, suits it sooo much better.
