I'm also hearing this is not leaseable, and will not be included in the M5 financing rates.

was at dinner just now, waiter and I got to talking, he mentioned to me the local dealer (typical south florida shit dealer) is selling the CS at 75k over. I almost can't believe it, i will be calling tommorow to see.

🙈 Just this past Saturday, I passed on an MSRP slot (reach out if you want it - glad to connect you up). Anyone who pays 75k over is… wow. That dealer deserves to sit on that car for a while. 🤷🤦

called the dealer, they had two allocations. he told me 1 is left, at 50k over sticker.. so i'm assuming the first one sold for 75 over and they will use a little lube this time on the 2nd guy, at 50k over. UNREAL.

I'll gladly sell mine for $75k over MSRP. 🤣

For some people money is truly no object. From what I can tell a M5CS could be had for MSRP with a little effort. It will be interesting how this plays out.

Question, you can choose between the Pirelli tires or the standard performance tires. Are the standard performance tires the Michelin PS4S? If so, what are your thoughts between the Pirelli track focused tires vs the PS4S for this car in Los Angeles weather?

I'm in AZ and went with the P Zero Corsa tires because I'll be taking the car to the track at some point. I have the Cup2s on my current M3CS and like them quite a bit, but we don't have to deal with rain or cold temps very often. I'd think you would be okay with them in LA.

My NJ dealer has an allocation. The car will arrive around Nov. Production code 111 which you can still change the color. PM me if you want contact info.
