No clue. I know in Cali they charge you the whole tax. Which is dumb but nothing surprises me with that place. I've been doing my own lease numbers for many years and I'm usually never off by more then a few dollars. Its really easy. Just plug in the numbers and thats it.

Texas charges sales tax up front on sale price or cap cost. That's why most people who lease in Texas capitalize the sales tax over the lease term. If you sell your lease or total your car, you are not out that money, only the tax you capitalized in the payments.

I am in California, they only charge tax on the lease payment per month.

Not a fan of black interior/exterior combo either. Color is a huge thing for me when buying a car, deal or not.

I have BSM/ Black interior presently and the exterior's impossible to maintain. Doing DG on F90; don't mind the black interior too much. 3 kids so light interior will not work for me.

They want me to “come in.” I’ve also checked with Classic BMW in Plano - I’m #7 on the build list there. Apparently, they are selling at a markup in Dallas...

Just trying to decide if I wanna pull the trigger on this black on black...can look really mean in black but keeping it clean is another story. I have kids too and as much as I love the lighter interior options, maybe it’s a bad idea.

I have a black on black M4 currently and I love it and think black on black is great. Nothing like a clean black car. I don’t find it too hard to maintain if you’re consistent every week.

Lol, of course they want you to come in. Dealer tactics. I think blk on blk will look good. At least its not a regular black paint. Its metallic, so you will hide a lot of future scratches and swirls. My raptor is a metallic black and after 6 yrs it still looks damn good and hides a lot of imperfections. I think the best way to make it look good is to stay away from the "murdered" look. Keep it classy. Light tint, lighter colored wheels,....Which 20's does it come with?

Love the look! Clean is my problem...Back in the days I had time to do it weekly...Nowadays I do it monthly...my charcoal gray Tundra is almost never clean LOL...my mineral white M4 looks clean cause of the color.

If you're patient, better deals should start presenting themselves. My dealer's been hounding me non-stop about an F90 they have unsold. I have 6 months left on my lease so will be patient and wait for a really good deal. As some of the initial fanfare wears off and inventory increases, you should start to see a bit more aggressive pricing.
