Stay strong, it's worth the wait getting exactly what you want in the end.
All this waiting is causing this...emptying bottles
This thread is exposing excellent taste in cars (M), whisky (Yamazaki), and schools (Virginia - College '01). Please continue until delivery.

This little nugget may just well ruin it for those who arranged to a loaner now that they will be overwhelmed with requests.

Unless it's directly from BMW NA and clearly documenting those dates, it's all just speculation.
It was forwarded from a bmwna.com account. Part of the headers were stripped, so I couldn’t tell exactly who.

Isn't that indicating that there is a "release" hold?

It should state "None" if there is no hold...

That would sync up with the NY Auto Show. Maybe BMW USA will actually give a press day presentation this year.

Some waited over 5 months. EPA certification on the new version of the 4.0TT engine.
All we got from
MBUSA for the wait was 2 years free maintenir

Mine is arriving in NJ tomorrow so I presume mine will be subject as well.
Look at the panamera hybrids, they've been held at port since August and they're saying the release may be in May.

I saw a white one driving around Newport Beach this week. Probably the same test car that's been around the last year, but with camo removed?

Perfect for the understatedness of the M5.
Gives an element of surprise with the Edition 1 finish.

Nice, show us some pics when available. When was the production complete on this?

Mine is in the US (Baltimore) with production completed on 1/12 and been sitting at port since 2/7

Has anyone heard anything on the US releases?
