Just plug in a 12v li-ion compatible charger to the terminals in the engine bay. I use a Noco Genius 3500. Works a treat. See if that works first.

I just bought the BMW one. I know, I know, it’s basically just a rebranded CTEK charger that BMW plastered their name on, but it gives me peace of mind, that I know it will work for my car. I got mine for like $125. It’s normally $150. Think I even ordered it off Amazon. Get it, switch it over to the “Lithium car” setting, and make sure to plug it up right, and hopefully that will set you straight. Couldn’t hurt to try it, if you’re about to have to shell out a couple thou if it doesn’t work.
