I just got a OEM intake at the salvage yard for 15$.
And I will mod it as per a DIY thread I found here, to adapt a cone filter , or simply leave the box open and cut the fame to hold the filter. I haven't decided which redneck mod Ill select. Dont care about sucking hot air, its my winter beater and its not rare to hit -20°C drybuld here. |
