I have a donnington x5m and an MBB m5. Both excellent. MBB is classy, though a bit loud. It does not attract the wrong type of attention. I think donnington suits the m5 well, but it will make the car blend in with the masses quite a bit. I think you will be happy with either, but I like the MBB more.

Just one update about color...last two cars i drove were Vermilion Red x6 🚗 and San Marino Blue series 6 🚙...now i drive Singapure Gray M5.
Yesterday i drove almost 700 miles on highway,
distance between Budapest to Wienna was suprice for me.

Several times when i was in left(fast) line,a car from right(slow) line came to my line infront of me...so i needed to brake...like im driving no name slow car.

I was wondering maybe "problem" is color..i have never experienced such issue when i was driving more "attractive" color mentioned above.

Does any other can confirm the same?

I picked out and purchased the marina bay blue x5M
for my wife and she absolutely despises it. She had donnington gray before this.

MBB is just amazing. Get compliments all the time. It's just right amount of aggression in the color for an aggressive car.

to me, if you're asking others then you shouldn't get MBB and just stick with DG. I think you'll regret it less often.

I ordered my M5C in MBB i'm very excited to see it in the flesh. MBB is the bespoke suit of the M5 range. I had an Acura a million years ago in a similar color and loved it.

I get compliments on the Marina Bay Blue almost every time I drive my M5. If you like it, don't hesitate! I have the Aragon brown interior by the way. Pretty stunning contrast against MBB.

Love my Marina Bay Blue. It even pops more and stays cleaner with ceramic coating. (I also have PFF on the full front nose and splitters.)

Definitely get MBB. I had the same concern about Long Beach Blue in the F85 and get a ton of compliments. You are buying a unique car, go for the unique color and surprise yourself every time you see it.

I had a Marina Bay on order. Funny enough, few days later I was just at some random plaza where there was an Acura painted in Apex Blue pearl parked right beside a Marina Bay F90 and they looked identical. I ended up switching my order.... I don't regret it
