This is so much better since I found out this is my car that I sold. You're getting a great car.

SHop elsewhere then take your car back to that dealer, hunk at the salesman, wave as you drive by with middle finger appearing inconspicuously.

Lol good one!

Yes autocorrect, M5 competition. If anyone needs any help let me know as I mentioned, they are being nicely discounted. New programs come out today maybe the residuals and money factors go in our favor

Looks like the residuals are the same for this month. I was not aware though that MF dropped.

How can this be verified?

March MF

I have confirmation from a dealer I am negotiating an M5C with in Texas that the March MF dropped to .00177. Quote below:

"That is correct MF .00177 buy rate. We are waiting for our new programs to upload in our CRM and will email you over a new quote."

If you have a car on order for planned lease, it just got less expensive! Local dealer confirmed the move on the Money Facor to [.00177] as well!

Incentives in the US are still the same as last month...only thing that changed is MF went down.

I was never good at math. Roughly, what would the savings be on a MSRP $126,795 (8.08% discount Sale Price $116,549 at .00188) car, when we factor in the new base .00177 MF? I'm going to ask my SA to redo my numbers and paperwork before taking delivery.

It's a 1/4 of a point in interest savings. It's basically a few dollars in savings but hey it's savings.

Every option sans DA, individual color, CCB all the goodies.

Just spoke to BMW genius, week 14 build.

On that deal, going from .00188 to .00177 MF saves about $20 per month on a 36 month lease.

Not including any fees or taxes and assuming a 55% residual (current 10k miles/year, 36 month lease program) your payment would go from $1650 to $1630.
