Oil Catch Can

What are your thoughts on a catch can?
Are these engines and turbos common to oil bypass, which will eventually reduce performance?

I'd like to revive this thread. I really don't think this car has an oil catch can built in, and I'm looking to add one. Can anyone recommend a brand / installation tips?

To revive this thread, can anyone confirm that our engine has an oil catch system in place?

BMS has a kit for the F10 M5, and will be working on a kit for the F90 M5 too.
