Bluestone
Greetings to all.
In the market for a M5 comp, thinking of this car (see attached pic) at my local dealer. I want the black wheels because I am not crazy about the y spokes and would prefer a color with decent contrast with those wheels. I do not want a white car and would rather not order (would prefer to get sooner, rather than later). Thoughts on color? |

Great color and the contrast w/ Black Wheels is nice.

It's about 25 minutes from me, awaiting a decision. The fact I could be in it today is very tempting.
I am vacillating between getting this (trying to get comfy with the color) or a Singapore Grey with bi-color wheels or metallic black with the bi-color wheels or....ordering Frozen dark silver or Pure metal silver and waiting 6 months |

That looks great! I especially like SG with the bi-color wheels you have. I do not know why they don't allow the bi-colors to be an option on the M5 comp build on the BMW website

That's why my last resort backup plan was to go with a Selenite matte grey on an E63s. Good car, but not quite as good as the M5. My wife thinks I need to be institutionalized. |

Its down to getting the Bluestone, Singapore Grey with Y spokes or the Black Sapphire Metallic. Wish I could find a good picture of a SG with black wheels on a sunny day. This is way tougher than I thought it was going to be. |

If you are really conflicted on color... perhaps consider sapphire black and then wrap the car in any color you want. Black cars are much less expensive to wrap bc the undertone is well black and easily hidden.
