To everyone who purchased and/or installed the rear lower bar, did anybody get this random bracket, bolt and nut with their bar? From what I understand the bar just bolts where the two sub-frame bolts are, but given the lack of any install instructions I might be overlooking something. Thanks in advance

Ah ok that may have been added to your pkg by accident..that looks like the piece that goes with the larger 3 point brace.

Wanted to add some additional information that I received from Ultra Racing Malaysia, to alleviate any potential confusion in the future. They sent me some extra pics, and it seems that the bracket is there to relocate some weird vibration dampener that is bolted onto the side of the muffler so the bar will clear. However, this only applies to the base model muffler; the M40i's dampener is in a different location. My guess is they sent me the kit meant for the base model by mistake.

Thank you. I am looking at the strut plate. Looks very very solid. It will be a pain when oil changes and such but its a few bolts to remove not bad.

So I contacted these guys to review this exact item for my channel.

This is what they said and I quote "The part does not work".

It doesn't do a great job, it flex so much that it rubbed into my stock engine cover.
