I know the GM and have sent them 6 or 7 customers in the last year so they kind of owe me. I'm sure you can negotiate 10% off no problem right now.

i'm seeing alot of good deals now. i like that folks are shopping around and not taking shit deals from local dealers. The power of a forum cannot be measured.

MSRP $115,995
Selling price: $106,135
MF: at buy rate (March rate)

Paid my TX state taxes plus acquisition fee upfront - no other money down
Monthly payment $1470

not bad.

Ok deal is done. This is as good as it gets from a Socal Dealer:

Ended up at $1240 a month including 9.5% tax on payments
$2400 total down and they paid $2200 in remaining lease payments

Now one note car has 110 miles as it was driven between dealerships for a dealer trade

This deal does not ad up without a Cap Reduction unless you did Full MSD's.

Msrp 110,525
Sales price 96,766

on a 36/10K lease at 55% and a Base Money Factor of 0.00165

Payment would be $1,259.33 plus tax
and, your drive off of $2400 is short if it includes the 1st payment, DMV and the 925 acq fee should be closer to $3,000
And now add in the $2200 in payments they paid so.....

Selling price went down to around $91,000 pm me and I'll send you who to work with there. Something like 17.5% below msrp on a base M5. It's a dealership with a Massive amounts of M5s just sitting in stock.

Guys,

I am sorry but can no longer give the dealers information who did this deal. They will not honor the pricing on further transactions as it was a big loser for them.

you just posted that "deal" yesterday

jesus, this was worse than blue balls. too good to be true, as i suspected. I haven't seen any dealer give over 14% off, let alone 17.5

I gave the information to a few people already on this board. They rather not have me tell more about this deal.

Nor should you have to.

We all help each other out when we can, but we aren't mandated to share every little detail. This isn't communist Russia. 😜

Well my partner picked up the car yesterday. They honored the deal exactly as we had agreed. It took maybe 15 minutes at the dealer to sign paperwork. The car was washed and waiting for us when we got there. Honestly amazing experience throughout. I would highly recommend Encinitas BMW to anyone.

This is not base MF, it's inflated.
