However they are taking back his M3 with that has $2200 worth of payments left.

I am sorry but can no longer give the dealers information who did this deal. They will not honor the pricing on further transactions as it was a big loser for them.

Well my partner picked up the car yesterday. They honored the deal exactly as we had agreed. It took maybe 15 minutes at the dealer to sign paperwork. The car was washed and waiting for us when we got there. Honestly amazing experience throughout. I would highly recommend Encinitas BMW to anyone.
