Will I fail emissions with Remus Exhaust?

I am going to guess yes but trying to decide if I should just save the time and remove it before trying.

Nope, I have the catback version and you are down stream of the cats (primary and secondary). I just sold mine and the buying dealer said it passed with zero issues.

Full Remus exhaust doesn't touch your original catalytic converters, so it doesn't have anything to do with emissions.

If you did a Remus exhaust + aftermarket downpipes, then it's a different story. Then you will fail emissions.

Depends on your state, if your state goes by the OBD check only, you will pass as the REMUS does not remove the primary catalytic converters where the O2 sensors are connected
