2019 M5 Comp - 81 days out of service!

So...after my 1000 mile service on my 2019 M5 Comp, I would find that the car would stall immediately after starting "sometimes". It would usually happen after the car was driven for about 20 minutes, then parked for about 20/30 minutes. When I get back in, it would either stall, or the rpm's would drop WAY down, then it would crank back up to about 1700 rpm for 10 seconds, and then idle okay.
I've had fuel pumps replaced twice, O2 sensors replaced, engine wiring harness replaced, re-programmed many times, full smoke test for engine vacuum leaks, and another fuel pump being replaced as I write this.
This most recent service, the check engine light came on, and they're getting all sorts of faults - and they think it's due to the fuel pump (they have high and low pressure pumps).
Has anyone experienced this stalling issue after startup? Or very rough idle/jumpy tach?
I am working with an attorney under the Mag-Moss act - as I bought it in a different state than I live in, the lemon law would be difficult for me to pursue. BMW NA is stone-walling so far, but they've also spent literally 80 days on repairs, flown out engineers 3 times, given me loaners most of the time, and put in hours and hours of labor - drained the fuel tanks 4 times!
The other crappy thing is - for any prospective buyer - the CARFAX report shows the 11 service appointments, but the description only lists, "battery check" "tire pressure checked" - even though the real reasons are much more severe.
Just looking to vent more than anything....hope you all have happy reading! PS - I LOVE the car when it's working! I had a Panamera GTS before this car...wish I kept it! LOL! Looking at a 911 GTS if this thing doesn't work out. It's been fun driving the 328 they give me as a loaner though!

This has been reported by several owners on various threads.

I have a 19' M5C and have sporadically experienced the stalling issue; I've resisted taking it to the dealer as the problem is very random. I did speak to my SA who intimated it was fuel pressure pump related (referenced lower specifically).

I've decided to wait and see if BMW issues a TSB with a specific fix to avoid leaving the car for an extended period of time while they try to figure out what the issue is.

In my case, it happens once a month or so and I'm not going to sweat it.

I had this on an RS6 - I am pretty sure its a fuel pump issue. Mine was also after a 20-30 min drive it would not start,

Just to clarify- I haven't been out 81 days consecutively - but I continue to bring it back in each time - it's usually a few days to a week - this time it's 2 weeks.
It's funny because one of the engineers thinks the actual fuel pumps (low pressure) might be faulty from the factory - as it's been replaced 2 times already. Not sure why they would be getting the o2 sensor faults though.

Why does buying a car in a different state make lemon law difficult?
