Scheduled for production BACK to order received?

Yes, that is the way it works. It goes back when it arrives at the port in the US. For some reason they do not have two dots for port.

So my car flipped back to Scheduled for Production, again. Genius line says they still see week 2, so not sure what's changed to cause My Garage status to flip from Order Received to Scheduled for Production. Anyone else that's been parked in week 2 see a change?

The system is wonky, I've been flipped backed from scheduled or order received twice now. About 2 weeks ago Genius also mentioned Week 2 for me.

Randomly, my car now has a vin and says I queue for production. Hopefully it keeps moving in the right direction.

From other posts, I'd estimate im about 2 weeks from it reaching the EU port, then another month until it's at the dealer.

Christmas and New Years May create some extra delays for me too

I am in Morristown, NJ...so not far at all. Between the threads it seems there there are a handful of NJ guys waiting on pins and needles for their F90 in the coming months. Someone mentioned arranging a cruise once the weather starts to warm up.

It'd be fun to get a handful of M5's together to cruise up to one of the RaceMotive roll-race events at Pocono Raceway next year

I may have this thing before Xmas. It reached the VPC on the 7th and the work order was started on the 8th. It's scheduled to ship from VPC on the 12th and arrive at the dealer on the 14th. Depending how long it takes the dealer to do whatever they do, I'm hopeful I can pick it up the weekend after next. Fingers crossed.

Well it ONLY took 5 months from the time of order, but my car finally received a VIN this morning and moved to Production Begins!

I mean it actually started on Friday (listed as exterior assembly begins). It was at the prior stage of "production begins" a week earlier, but that's really just in line to start.

**EDIT: Now ~1.5 days after QC, I'm at 'awaiting carrier assignment'

I'm "scheduled for production" with mine. Called the genius hotline and they mentioned week 5. Such a long wait until then! anyone else week 5?

Hope so.. I placed my order in August, got my production number last week so it's been quite a long wait so far. Took off B&W in hopes I don't run in to any issues. Let's see what happens

M5C Individual ordered in June, arrived at dealer middle of last week after about two weeks at the port. No open recalls somehow but I was told there is a shortage of truck drivers. The bad news is I’m stuck in quarantine until the end of next week!
