The only thing it didn't have is wireless phone charging and I can count on one hand the number of times I used it in my current F90.

I was in a positive equity situation with my trade plus the reduction in sales tax. So I was happy. I'm not sure I could have gotten a better deal. Carmax or Carvana might have given me slightly more for my trade, but then I'd lose the sales tax credit.

Did not budge on money factor either. .00133. Again, I didn't have a lot of leverage.
Congrats, how long was the process for you? Did it give you any problem at quality check? Mine been stuck at quality over 2 months now.

Yes, but after years of paying buy rate I am struggling to get them anywhere near the buy rate. I think I'm just going to buy this one. Can't blame the dealer I guess for trying to pay the bills with so little sales.

It looks like they added some type of lease credit. Not sure if the M5 qualifies.

Can anyone confirm if there is a lease credit on the 21 M5 now for November? Thanks.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. But are people able to negotiate discounts on allocation builds at this current time?

Thank you!

I'm afraid not. No need for dealers to negotiate during this shortage.

I figured as much. I usually could negotiate discounts off MSRP, but this was pre-crazy times. Wondered if anyone was able to negotiate discounts off allocation builds (not on vehicles on the lot).

The answer is yes if you know someone at the dealer able to make that kind of decision - I just ordered my wife an X4 (granted not an M5) but was able to get 6% off however if your just going in with no relationship then likely you will struggle to get any discount and possibly pay over MSRP. This is the unfortunate outcome from terrible supply issues

This was me. Ordered my very first BMW (M5 Comp) ever on 10/8, so zero prior relationship with the dealer and didn't know anyone that could refer me either. I'm paying straight MSRP though, no mark up.

I am glad that you are paying zero markups, every local dealership in Los Angeles except Sonic is asking for 15K over which I find extremely hard to justify. If you don't mind sharing how was your experience with the dealership you ordered your car through? Was it a local dealership in Atlanta?

Nope, I'm in Austin, TX. Dealership has been great, although my CA leaves a little to be desired in his comms, but the Sales Mgr has done a fine job of filling in there. My dealer is BMW of South Austin, which is a Hendricks dealership (they also own the Audi dealer across the street, lol).

Needless to say, I passed... Oh also the best part, wait time, 11 months (delivery November 2022) for 2022.
Can't guarantee any sort of delivery time, but with a $500 broker fee, I may be able to get you MSRP or close to it. Tristate only, no out of state deliveries.

***** Sold******

I am aware of a couple of M5 allocations at MSRP at the moment.
February and March production dates.
Out of state is fine, but requires additional documents for proof of residency (so that these dont get exported out of the country)
Also requires to finance/lease minimum of 75k with BMW Financial.

PM me for more information
