Would any of you guys lease an A4 over the 335?
Let's say you currently drive a 335.
Considering that the deals/month are identical and both cars are loaded (335 has the Msport) would anyone chose the A4 just because its something different? I know the 335 is a great car and that's where i'm leaning for my replacement, however, A4 thoughts have crossed my mind. Unfortunately the S4 is out of the question-they lease terribly...

The buttons on the dash and idrive area are way too cluttered. On the 335 everything is evenly spaced.

I think they offer two different driving experiences. Some don't need the raw sportiness of a 335 and prefer a more subdued ride- the Audi is perfect for this. I get bored by Audis (even though I'm considering one when the 135 is done!) but at the same time, they are a comfortable and easy drive. Their interiors are to die for and I am a huge fan of their new styling.
I really think it depends on the person, my sister for instance, works better in an Audi than in a BMW. I prefer a sportier ride and overall feel- the BMW is a better choice for me. |

S4s are really nice but there's something about is being an upscale VW.

Nope. They are direct competition for the 328, c300, and is250. When I was looking at my 335 I test drove an a4 and I was referencing how I was stuck between the the a4 and 335. The salesman basically told me I'd be an idiot to chose the a4. He did recommend about 5k in mods to make the a4 almost as fast a stock 335i though.

A4 = 328 = IS250 = C300, so no way. For the same money you would be insane to get an A4 over a 335.
Hell, I think you would be nuts to lease any of those cars over a 328 even. But at least that argument is sorta debatable.

CPO M5's, E55's, E46 M3, C63's, S4's, and at the end of the day, value/performance tuning options brought me back to the 335i, look at my sig! |

seeing as I got rid of my A4 to get a 335 - hell no!
the A4 is a great comfortable car with fine fitment and finish, but it is slow, heavy and clumsy and I was looking for a more thrilling driving experience and an authentic connection to the road

I like a comparable Audi, but the A4 is no where near comparable. The A4 over a 328i in a heartbeat.

i was considering the a4 before picking up the 335, but after driving it... instantly made the decision to go with another e90.
The interior of the a4 is nice though...no doubt |

But not over a 335.... A S4/S5... now THAT's a tough decision.... The only reason I picked the 335i over the S5 was I wanted a drop top A4/A5 though.... not comparable to the 335i IMO
