M8 carbon bucket seats in my M5

I’m on a mission to get this retrofitted. Does anyone have any insight? Has this been done before? Is it possible for the illuminated m8 logo to be swapped out for the m5 one?

Any info appreciated.

The post directly below yours has some good info, If the M3 buckets are essentially a direct bolt on, I can only assume the M8 are as well.

I guess they are the kind of the same seats as in M5 CS right?
They are most likely a bit different as coupe seats can fold forward to get access to the back seat.
But M5 CS or M3 i think should fit also can you get them in the M8 gran coupe if that’s the case they might work too.
