BMW Gold List.
Just for something different, how about something positive by nominating dealers that are good to deal with as opposed to the black list for bad experiences.
My nomination is Brisbane BMW. I purchased an approved used car from them a few years ago and recently purchased a new e92 335 from them. This has given me contact with their used car, service, spare parts, and new car sales people. Their customer service, friendliness and professionalism has always been first class for me, even though I consider myself to be very fussy and particular when it comes to my cars. |

Bib Stillwell , South Yarra in Melbourne.
Bought last two cars from them and service fantastic both times. A real gentleman there called Fraser who was easy to deal with, no pressure and happy to discuss a good deal. |

I don't think that any BMW dealer is intentionally "BAD". I wouldn't rate my E90 purchase experiance anywhere as highly as my other 3 BMW from 2 other dealers but that doesn't make them bad. I think the credit has to go to BMW HQ in australia as I'm sure they have strict do's and don'ts and have tight reins on the dealer network in general. I also beleive the way warrenty issues are handled has a lot to do with peoples general dealer experiance. BMW have a great reputation in this area which a lot of other European marques could learn a thing from.
