Check the Houston dealers. BMW Houston West and North are both reasonable. I got my current 2016 M5C from the L.A. area and it looks like my next one is coming from Chicago

In NJ I was able to get 12% M5 Comp loaded for a family member. Deals are out there just have to hunt. Car was ordered and they gave me that discount.

What trim are you looking for? I'm in Dallas and had a deal working with a Houston dealer that I am not going to go with. I haven't notified them yet. PM me and I will give you the details.
I've also got a dealership in PA that is offering a comp at 9.5% off MSRP that I won't be taking the deal with. Both are lease deals offered at buy rate .00177. |

We shall find out! Not tracking the ship yet. I can't remember which it was when I did ED back in '11.. but hopefully, it's the most expedient option. Almost two months of waiting so far, so impatient lol.

So far the dealers i've contacted for prices have not been willing to budge at all. These were on custom color cars(Nardo, Rosso Corsa). Need to try a few of the dealers listed on here.

Has anyone received 9-10% off plus incentives on the standard M5? I have seen a few receive 10% off a comp model but not the base. Is that too crazy of an offer or possible?

All of us with cars on order are holding are breath waiting for any bones BMW wants to throw us with April program announcement. Hard work of negotiated discount is done...a 5k lease credit could make our deals super sweet |

I didn't lease but just purchased a comp and received a heavy discount from the dealer in Tyler TX. Most of the dealers in Texas didn't want to budge off of MSRP but these guys will compete with the rest of the country. Super nice and professional they refused to let me go anywhere else. Devin in particular was very knowledgeable on the M cars.
