Is my F90 possessed?

Several peculiar things have happened recently:

While backing up in a garage, car stopped abruptly, thought i hit something. Looked behind and saw nothing. Tried again same thing. Then I turned car off and on and was able to pull out.

Lots of high pitched sounds with collision warnings.

Then the coup de gras. I was going for coffee early when it was dark out and put on the night vision. All of a sudden a red jumping deer appeared on the display. I looked around to see a guy walking his German Shepherd.

LMK your thoughts.

Normal on both counts. PDC Auto Braking can be switched off in the settings menu. NIVI detects both animals and people.

A picture of a deer pops up for any kind of animal. It was red because it was close, further away it will be yellow. At least that's how it is on the X5M.

2-3 times now the collision avoidance system has stopped me from pulling out of my driveway. There is nothing behind me or close to the car, but it senses something and I have to mash the throttle to overpower it.
