The 9 is across their 2 locations...Charlotte and Northlake. Charlotte has 4, Northlake location has 5.

Northlake is Charlotte lol. They have two stores in Charlotte. I live here. Northlake is just an area in the northern part of the city of Charlotte. They share the same inventory.

Yep...I get it...just trying to explain why you were seeing all 9 and the other member was only seeing 4. I believe he was only seeing the 4 listed because his search only showed those at the Charlotte store...and did not include Northlake.

As someone who also lives in DFW, and just took delivery of my M5 Comp order yesterday...I'll tell you the deals do not exist in Texas. Go out of state.

Although I bought elsewhere, it seems Open Road BMW in NJ is very aggressive with their M5 pricing.

My friend got a M5 Competition here in GA and he got a good deal. The dealership we went to still has 3 M5 Competition and 1 M5 base left. PM me and I can give you the contact.

I keep seeing the 2019s are doing terrible for lease numbers.

How realistic is to to get an low-modestly optioned 2019 for ballpark $1200.00-1350 a month? Taxes rolled into vehicle, First month payment + fees down payment.

Am I dreaming with that? Also the possible factor of putting full MSDs down, would that then make it possible?

Wait until dealers in Texas realize that people are getting deals outside the state, then will start discounting cars not at 10% but 12 and 13%.

I was very upfront with my local dealer. I showed them the written quote I was getting from out of state. Their response: "that isn't the market here...if that is what you can get the car for, you should do it". So, that is what I did. I really tried to work with my local dealer...and my CA was great and spent a lot of time with me...so I wanted to give him the sale. But, they were only willing to drop the price by $3k whereas out of state I got $12k off the car.

And, in their defense, my local dealer doesn't have any M5's sitting on the lot...they've sold all they have. So I guess there is some truth to what they are saying about how much they can sell the cars for.

They are terrible right now, I dont mind waiting for them to get closer to the 1k mark or even finding one for a lease takeover.

I really want one NOW but just cant justify over twice the payment of my M3.
