I am doing European Delivery and the MSRP is $116,395. I am not trading in another car. What gives here? I knew these numbers seemed high.

So MSRP is probably $121,895. The payment would be about $2,050 with no cap cost reduction. So not sure what they're doing with the $7k.

I have to leave "work" right now, but PM me if you want my excel M5 lease worksheet and you can play with the numbers.

Rate adder for ED is 0.0003 so if base is 0.00166 (?) right now it will be 0.00196. You do get the second payment waived though but if course you don't have the car for more than that.

You are not including enough info for the rest though. What is the US MSRP (not the selling price only)? ED MSRP will be 5% less but it is irrelevant.

Gene,

Ok so if MSRP is $116,395 than you get 5% off of that for ED. That is your base cap cost or selling price.
I included $995 dealer doc fee and $595 acquisition fee that the dealer might also be charging.
Using the MF, residual and down payment with a cap cost reduction of $4000 here are the numbers on the images below.
Let me know if my Calcs are off or if i misunderstood how your deal is structured.

Based on the options you cited, emmfiv3 is correct - the MSRP should be $121,895. Take a look at the detailed reply I left you in the other thread you started about your deal.

The MSRP of $116,395 is the European Delivery price. The numbers don't add up, WHY?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone knows a BMW dealership ready to discount their 2018s M5 around Los Angeles area. For the moment I was able to negotiate up to 9.5/100 out the msrp with dealership out of state.
Thank you

I got my numbers taken care of. Greg did not do my current deal because they were not offering the 2019 M5 Competition for European Delivery. Good luck with your search.
