New issue - unable to establish oil level

Used car for about 30 mins so all up to temp. Switched off and restarted about 5 mins later. At restart red line moved to 1200rpm and received warning that car was unable to establish oil level. Directed to drive with moderation until I could complete oil level check. Oil level is at the max, happened twice now anyone had this before. Assume another dealer visit required
