Stick on paddle shifters

Dear All,

has anyone used the glued on paddle shifters? like the one below?
Any experience would be very helpful. I do not want to get the shifters changed by opening the steering wheel, so would these work?

Changing paddles literally takes 15-20 minutes.

I've seen the stick on ones in person, and they look cheap af.

If you do not want to take the original wheel apart, just leave the stock ones on without these, imho

Don't do it. Avoid non-oem, cheaply made garbage like this. It's a 100k car, not a Honda.

Please don't do this lol. Just get a set of replacement paddles. The MMR paddles that Evolve sells is pretty sick. I have a pair of Autotecknic dry carbon ones and I almost want to get the MMR ones. The M Performance carbon ones that are in the same form factor as the OEM paddles are not worth it at all because the backside where you touch it is still plastic. The only real option from OEM (m performance) is to get the new G80 M3 carbon paddles but you're gonna feel ripped off paying that much $ for them.

Agree with other, just say no no no. Even if they stay on, it will feel horrible. Go to IND Distribution and pick from their options. The Autotecknic metal pedals are bout 300 and have a great feel. If you want carbon, those options exist too. I've changed out mine twice, not hard.

Yes the G80 carbon paddles are plug and play on the F90. There's someone who fitted them to a X3 M40i in bimmerpost. It's the same install as any other paddle shifter for the F90. The install itself is a bit involved though.

Paddleshifterz.

Better than OEM in both looks and a perfect, pretty simple fitment.
