Has anyone replaced the carbon ceramic brakes with a "steel" alternative? Want to keep the callipers and just replace discs(rotors) and pads. Exploring options in case I need to replace them during my ownership. Car is a 2019 F90 M5.

No one has confirmed, but it has been mulled over. It is unknown if the steel rotors will fit under the carbon ceramic calipers and work at this time. It's in my "to do" list for my M5 CS.
