also gave it a good clean and a little polish!!
I know I shouldn't use polish on a matt finish but I needed some protection from the bird shit that I get on my car being parked under 2 massive trees.

yeah that's a good idea, probably going to build a giant car port / Garage to cover the car to protect it all year round.

Any idea how much PPF is??

Quick edit.

Gold brakes calipers : ceramic brakes

So they not exactly twins.

For protection, I went with a Gtechniq ceramic coating, and I'm very pleased.
So easy to wash ...

Mad mate.

Full car circa £3-4k for a top, top quality job in Xpel - stealth can't be more than double.

I went full front end (bonnet, bumper, wings, mirrors) and haggled down to £1,500 with a renowned installer.

I have a GTechnic ceramic coat and it does make it easier to keep clean and looking good.

Maybe try that first?

yeah I thought they were ceramic! option that wasn't selected on mine, wish I had it, but don't really drive enough to benefit tbh.

I want your black grill though!!

I have the orange interior cant remember its name ill post a picture later

A good detailer will get ceramic done for under 5 ton mate - you'll hear many say it's loads more, but that will do it and for that you'd get interior and wheels too - makes a massive difference...

I know, crazy price ...

X-Pell Stealth is 30% more expensive than the regular X-Pell.

I'm in two minds whether to buy those tips or the standard 110mm exhaust tips, which another member fitted and looked really good. Photo attached.

Or the burger exhaust ones.

I quite like a thick rolled edge in glossy black? What are your thoughts??

I think black would look great so long as they are bigger tip wise than the OEM ones. I had the OEM black ones and took them off because they simply look much smaller when black versus chrome. I think Burgers powdercoated in black would be great. I don't know how big those Ebay ones are.....but I think black is better than carbon fiber.

Yeah I hear ya mate, the ebay ones are 110mm outlet tip so would be bigger than my standard tips.

just want something to fill the gap completely! does my head in! the M8 exhausts are bigger so don't know why they didn't do it as standard on the M5. tbh I actallly prefer the 530d exhaust tips to the M5!

They are 101mm, not 110mm.
