Even if OP was trying to "take advantage" (which I HIGHLY doubt), your poor attempt at self vindication is unbelievable. What kind of a company airs out their own dirty laundry on the forum? For the OP, in his capacity as the consumer, to complain on the forum about a company a lot of us have done business with is reasonable. What you have done in return is completely unreasonable.

You could have avoided all of this by sending him a single filter, which would have been at the extremely high cost of…get ready…tens of dollars.

If this is how someone manages this small portion of their business, what do you think it says about everything else you do?

Thanks OP for the edification. I am going to open an Amazon package containing expensive parts for a project I haven't gotten around to yet that has been sitting for **checks notes** 41 days.

P.S. This ⬇️ https://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...php?p=29487497 attempt at crisis management is laughable. Nobody's going to be showing you any love for a while.
This isn't about money. I rather have him return and full refund then him running our products. Its principals, you can not damage something then just bash the brand. We have sold hundreds of kits %100 satisfied happy customers. If i let this guy do this to my company he will continue doing same thing to others.

Maybe you do. But you’ve not demonstrated it here. Honestly I would quit responding before digging your hole any deeper.

You literally never gave me the option to return for a refund you clown. Also not sure how you're still trying to make the argument that I purposefully destroyed my brand new air filter.

Absolutely feel free to mail me a new filter and a return label and I'm more then happy to mail this one back. Or if you would like to email me a return label I'm more then happy to return both. Would have been incredible if you had given either option initially instead of telling me "go talk to shipping"

If the customers was honest we would have immediately send a replacement. we have sent hundreds of parts people damaged or even lost for free cross the world. This dude goes opens treat on a forum before even replying us for something he did damage. I am sorry but if i don't stop this he will do it to every other vendor.
You left me on read after telling me to go talk to the shipping processor. Stop trying to change this story I never stopped replying. I didn't respond for a few hours after you messaged me the next day saying you would let me buy another filter as if a customer would want to purchase another filter after receiving a damaged one and then after that you said nvm and blocked me.

Either way I'm done responding on this forum, Sam if you would like to resolve this issue and send a new filter you may unblock me and contact me directly otherwise this simply isn't worth my time anymore.

Only thing you've proven is that you have not a clue about customer service. You've not made a single valid point and yet you continue to point the finger at a customer.

I suggest you move on …no one here is buying your weak, baseless arguments.

I won't speak for anyone else, but I would never buy from your company. Great companies pride themselves on resolving issues. Seems you like to create issues instead of addressing them.

Ignore that I blocked him like a little high school girl, ignore that I have a customer who isn't happy, and for close to pennies I could make it all go away, and maybe had a very loyal life long customer by taking care of him, I would have but, its the principal, i'd rather give him a full refund... ohhh and ALL F90 intakes 30% with this code at checkout "TRUST30%OFF" "

Bro, you're doing your self ZERO favors with this. Just send the man some filters, or refund the money in full. With out the drama.

Dollars>Pennies... wisely choose which you want to pursue in business.

LMAO, classic. "Tens of dollars"..... Maybe one day I can open a business my self and become a multi-thousandaire with this type of business model.

I don't know why, because its has clearly nothing to do with intakes, cars, or bad customer service, but this whole tread made me think of this at :45 second mark

Trust you, ha ha ha I would not trust you as far as I could throw you after reading this post and your unprofessional response, for someone who claims to run his own company this really is laughable and quite pathetic.
To openly attack a customer and call him a liar in an open public forum is something I have never seen before. You obviously don't want to fix the problem or you would not have blocked him, but you obviously did not expect the OP to call you out on this, and again instead of opening a line of communication to resolve the issue, you again attack the OP.
Your reasoning and providing pictures is a joke, they do not show anything about the condition of the filter other than they are in a box. And if they did ut could have been any filter in box.

Yikes what a terrible response from PG, sorry you have to go through this OP. After reading the vendor responses, I'm with you..I will never do business with PG now. They probably messed yours up by throwing it on the ground for one of their marketing videos.

That being said, I can never trust a guy that ties his shoes that tight 🤣
