Issues with BC display toggle

Anyone else ever experience issues with the BC button that allows you to toggle between displays on your main display.

Recently my 2020 M5C freezes up this display and the button doesn't function at all. It will reset after turning the car off, but eventually freezes again after driving awhile.

yep, and my media button on the other side of the steering wheel will randomly do the same thing. i think it's happened twice since i've had the car (4k miles)

i haven't brought it in. if it keeps doing it i will.

i haven't brought it in. if it keeps doing it i will.

Mine goes in on Tuesday.

I have a feeling it will be a full reprogram

I don’t think I have ever pressed that button in the 18 months and 16k miles I have had my car.

Car was reprogrammed, seems fine now.

No it wasn't messed with, they think it was caused by the battery being faulty. I have a new battery being ordered.
