Basic pre stage 1 mods, need some recomendations
Hi everyone,
Just some quick questions as I'm still getting used to the M5 and learning more and more about the car Cold air intake: Aside from the diane which is beyond my budget for just an intake, I was looking into the MST intake with heatshield. Now I could care less if there's any gain in HP, just looking for a more stylish intake, slightly louder turbos and a somewhat better throttle response. https://www.mst-performance.com/products/bw-f90m5 Aside from MST, any other reccomendations that come with a heat shield? Or should I stay away from the brand Brake pads: The pads are at 40% and I'm looking to upgrade them the same time as the intake with Redstuff Performance pads. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-ebc-part...-set/dp31348c/ Knowning OEM pads make a lot of dust, and with both of them being performance breaks I already know there's a 2k mile break in period, would these be a good replacement or any other reccomendations? Thank you for taking the time to read this, if there's any other mods I should do pre stage 1 to either improve performance or replace OEM parts known to fail (Like the coolant expansion tank, got the catcher on order already) |

The MAD intake is a worthy intake to check as well.
The Redstuff brakes are an excellent option for lower dust than stock. We offer all three brands (MST, MAD, EBC).
