M5 Comp

By late summer of 2024, I’ll be turning in my ‘21 M550. Always wanted an M5 Competition, and think that will be the best time to do it. Just curious, any thoughts and opinions on market trend in terms of values? Know the new M5 ‘25 is eminent. Have no interest in it.

I’ll be looking for a ‘22 or‘23 Comp, (sub-15K mileage), darker colors, B&W, etc. Budget will be $100-$110K.

Realistic? Advice?

Only ever leased my cars…grateful for guidance.

Live in NYC…willing to look broader than tri-state area.

I just picked up my loaded 21 comp with 13k miles for 86k if it helps.
