Ok I emailed again and they replied almost immediately this time. They said mine is stuck with BMWNA who is having to process everything manually, but they put my name on a list to send to BMWNA this week of people to expedite. They also said I'd get an email when the check is in the mail.
I'll go back to sitting on my hands, I guess. I did appreciate the quick response this time. |

Submitted mine on 3/23. According to the website it hasn't moved at all...still shows as "Awaiting BMW CCA Admin review"

Update here.
Took delivery 1/11, submitted rebate 1/12. Still no check. Have emailed BMW CCA several times and always get the same canned response that it's stuck with BMW NA and I'll get an email eventually. When I ask if there's any way to specifically check on mine or move it up given the wait, there is no secondary response. Coming up on 5 months now - this is ridiculous. I love the car which is the main thing, but this experience makes me question the administrative capabilities of BMW CCA and BMW NA should I ever need to deal with them for anything else like this. They need to realize that while a very small part, this is still a part of the brand experience. |

Took delivery on 3/23. Submitted the rebate form a day or 2 after that. Mine now shows as "approved by CCA". Hopefully my check arrives in the next month or so.

I too took delivery nearly the same day, 3/21. Submitted request that same day. Changed to "approved by CCA" a couple weeks ago. Waiting... Won't get my hopes up for a check before mid-summer (July?)

Officially at 5 months now and still nothing.
Word from BMWCCA when I checked in a month ago is that it's still stuck in the 2018 "being manually processed" batch, even though my delivery and application was in 2019. Apparently, even though the application specifically asks for delivery date (and clarifies for ED that this is the Munich pick-up date), and that I was told to put delivery date instead of purchase date when I called to ask, they actually wanted me to enter my purchase date and not the date I did PCD. This single shift in date apparently resulted in my application being pulled from the normal 2019 processing queue and tossed back into 2018, where it has been stuck for almost half a year. Ridiculous. |

Took delivery of car on May 22 and submitted for refund that week. Received rebate check on July 15. So about 5-6 weeks. Surprised it came so quickly after reading other comments.
Also, I don't know why dealers don't advertise these rebates to potential buyers. It's really a no brainer. |

These people are liars and thieves. They are more than happy to take your membership dues, but when it comes time to make good on the rebate promised in the membership benefits all you get is double-speak. I bought an M550i and magically they told me that somehow my vehicle was not a "qualifying purchase". The car and the deal were nowhere to be found among the "exclusions" of the rebate program. Getting them to adhere to their promises in the program is like pulling teeth. No integrity, whatsoever. |
