One at the turbo to primary and one at the primary to secondary connection on both sides. 4 rings total. You can look them up at real oem. 2 are in the engine section and 2 in the exhaust section.

Catless down pipes will often smell, but the smell comes out the tail pipe and not from a leak. You have to figure out whether you are just smelling the catless smell or exhaust from a leak.

So, just doing the secondary pipes will give you a nice turbo sound from the exhaust when the rpms drop?

You should hear a slight whistle sometimes at low rpm with just secondaries. It is more noticeable with high flow cat primaries and even more noticeable with catless primaries.

Can we please get a video of the sound?! I want to run just secondary downpipes with my Dinan x pipe but I’m not sure if it’ll sound any better than it does now. I’m looking to turn up the volume

Yes sir. I mean I’m ordering them as soon as they become available regardless but I’d love to hear just secondaries. I have a Dinan X pipe but I know asking for a video with secondaries and a Dinan x pipe is just too much

Installing on Monday.

I got this from Anthony. "Our secondary does not use the gasket so just remove that and bolt it right up to the primary"

If you could clarify for me, so I don't have any issues with the install.

So remove all gaskets?

If a gasket is in the primary (secondary side) take it off, and if there is a gasket on the oem secondary, don't try to put it on the MAD?

Thanks.

Just the one between the primary and secondary our flange acts as a gasket.

The install went well. It sounds great. I have the stock non comp exhaust with a Dinan X Pipe and the MAD secondaries.

I’ll try to get some videos for you guys. Definitely more pops and bangs, more turbo noise, and louder.

Some video content will be awesome - with catless secondaries, I would have the same setup. Seal the deal for me, please and thank you.

Also looking for any drone you may notice.

Nice! I’m about to drive it 250+ miles today, so I’ll let you know. But from just the first few miles, no noticeable drone.

MAD offers the primary pipes; you can get it directly from them; we do not offer catless downpipes.
I apologize for this question. But this is the first time I’m thinking about modding my car. But, i a NOT replacing my catalytic converters with these secondary pipes or am I?

You’re removing the secondary cat with the secondary midpipe and replacing with a straight pipe. Primary cat remains.
