The window sticker does say Carbon Fiber, its strange its the only item on the sticker that is bolded.

I also received this for those interested...I'm still looking for part numbers for the new wheels so I can get the on order. The only parts I couldn't get added as of a couple days ago are the front carbon splitter parts.

Isn't that what the Shadowline trim is on the Comp? If so, then if you had a non-comp you should be able to buy the comp parts and swap them out.

They kept my side grills but I'll be getting rid of my kidney grills when they release the CF ones

Yes. Complete set, balanced and ready to mount, including center caps as well. They look better in person then they did in the marketing pictures. My 11-year old was with me and when I picked them up he said "man those are sweet." Even the BMW parts guys, as they were un-crating them said they looked "ridiculous" and that they "look much better in person than the pictures."

They're seriously pretty sweet.
