Seems like great deals can be had.

Wondering if 15% off MSRP achievable before the $5k lease credit? Also, has anyone successfully tacked on Lease Credit + BCCA + Loyalty?

Lease credit, loyalty and other incentives are thrown in by BMW. NEGOTIATED discount off MSRP comes out of dealer profit margin. One should not influence the other.

I added a couple port installed options since these numbers were quoted. I estimated increase at $ 30 to payment. I will do (7) security deposits to BMW financial to lower money factor to .0013 Numbers below reflect money factor from March when deal was made. It's possibly, maybe unlikely, that I could get further help in July when BMW Financial Program updates.

-Grigio Medio 2019 M5 Comp
-Black Wheels
-Full Black Interior
-Plum Brown Trim
-Executive
-Driver Assist
-B&W
Port Installed Options:
-CF Front Splitters
-Carbon Fiber Kidney Grilles
-Lower Blades M Rocker Panels
-Carbon Fiber Side Grilles
-Rear Spoiler Carbon Pro
-CF Rear Diffuser

——————————————————————

-10 / 36 Lease
10 % Discount - $ 13,759
Base MF after (7) security deposits- .00142
Doc fee - $299
Courtesy Delivery to California Dealer - $600 (not included in these figures )
Sell Price- $123,835
Drive off - $3039.54

When negotiating lease you have two things on the table to decide-

I see. Very nice.
But how can one know what the current standard MF is, in order to know it wasn't inflated. Is this info available somewhere each month?
Thanks.

There is usually enough buzz on these boards to get updates on BMW Financial Programs. There is a sticky thread that sometimes updates information with incentives, MF, residuals, ect.. May have to ask around.

Of course dealerships are where the info is disseminated from as BMW Financial releases programs. A solid client advisor would be able to keep you informed. Knowing as much as you can walking in or contacting a prospective dealership is naturally to your advantage. It blows my mind how car sales typically go- customer shows up knowing little and being dictated terms while smoke is being blown in copious amounts up dat a$$

For 2019MY, residuals have stayed the same:

10K - 55%
12K - 54%
15K - 52%

Rates have dropped half a point to 0.00145 MF or 3.48%

Lease credit has been changed from $5000 on Non-Comp only to $2500 on both Non-Comp and Comp

Even though the wood trim is obviously not most people's preference, this is a good deal on assuming a lease if you're on the East Coast: https://newjersey.craigslist.org/cto/6928889975.html

No affiliation. Just passing along as I was browsing.

So the latest on the deal is:
- they're going to pay off the last two payments, $2568 (check to me).
- $1,626/month and $3,171 due at signing to cover first payment acquisition fee, and lic/reg.

Seems reasonable to me.
This is as good as a lease is going to get.

I just replied in another related thread with this:
The thought of paying at least $60k over 3 years ($1660/month which is a deal you may not even get) and then having nothing is not great either. You can have a 7 year warranty for $600 by taking advantage of Geico’s mechanical breakdown coverage. I ordered & purchased mine for $125k out the door with included maintenance for 6 years and plan to keep it 6 years or so and then sell it for around $40k in great condition. That comes out to $1180/month under those circumstances. It really depends on how badly you will want something else in 3 years or 6?

Yeah, I was happy with it. Also forgot about the $1k rebate as a club member, so made it even better. Loving the car so far. Only have 800 miles on it but hope to but some more on this week so I can’t get the break-in service done.

I appreciate getting a new ride to every few years. I’ve only bought one car/truck in the past 20 years and that was a 2018 Jeep Rubicon, which I wanted to mod my own way. I expect to keep that for a long time.
