Spacer question

Hi all,

I just ordered a set of 20" Ferrada FR8 to get a nice set of studded winterwheels for my car, the ET on those wheels are 28 compared to the cars stock 30 front and 34 rear.
Do you guys recommend getting spacers for the rear axle? If so, would 5mm be sufficient?

Thank you in advance

The reduced offset is already moving the wheels outwards so factor that into your calculations on how much spacer to use to push them even further out to achieve the look you want. I would not go over 5-6mm with a hundred spacer and one with a hub needs to be 11-12 mm minimum to support the hub. Maybe there are hub extenders for these hubs like there are for other BMW if you decide you need something inbetween.

Forgot to mention, these rims are 10” wide opposed to the original 9.5 front / 10.5 rear

OEM 20" F90 wheels are et28, not et30 and et34, so same as the Ferrada wheels.
