Yes, they seem heavy.

I'm debating OEM vs. Signature vs. Titan vs. Vossen vs. ???

Signature or Titan seem the best bang for your buck. Forged lightweight wheels that won't break the bank. Would love some HRE, but don't feel like spending 10k.

The 863M’s are relatively heavy because they are designed to meet the full BMW dynamic test spec. Lighter is better in many ways but a wheels that weighs a lot more or less won’t work as well with the standard suspension tuning.

Does powder-coating add any significant weight? Like the look of the 863m, but would prefer black.

You're already at 30 lbs. even if it's 1 pound of powder / wheel, hardly a difference.
