I have always used Dinan to tune BMW's, they were the only ones i would even consider. They take longer to come out with their products but i like their warranty, support and the reliability of their tunes. Currently they have nothing for the 2019 + S63 engine so I was introduced to another BMW tuner called Noelle Performance. Ive never heard of them and was wanting some insite. They have a tune for the S63 engine that takes it to 750HP. What are your thoughts on Noelle Performance? Has anyone used them in the past?

afaik they never posted any Dyno runs or dragy for their tune.

It's time to revisit that opinion after seeing those dyno numbers from the link. The negative opinion about Noelle developed because of their lack of demonstrable data to back up their claimed gains. That issue has now been put to rest - and the numbers look very impressive. Together with the fact that it is a warrantied tune, noelle's tune shouldn't be written off anymore.

From what OP said, it isnt only about Dinan as they mentioned Noelle by name:
