Is photoshop still a thing?

As the title states, I used to see a lot of guys who were able to post a picture of a side shot of their car, and folks more computer savvy than others were able to swap out wheels in an effort for the less computer focused mind to visualize a specific mod, in this case; wheels.

Let me know if anyone is able to do this and what you need from me!
