Dinan wheels

Not many pics out there of these wheels on this car so I figured I'd add these so people can get a better feel of the look, fitment, etc.

Running Continental Extremecontact 285/35/20 up front; 305/35/20 in the rear.

They come in brushed too I think. I wish they came in gunmetal or bronze too.

Nice pictures. I've had these same Dinan wheels on my car for about a year (with a brief swap to winter wheels for our brief Portland winter snow season).

The Dinan wheels have had no problems and continue to look good. I will say my back can certainly tell the difference between these wheels and the stock cast wheels when swapping between these and the winter wheels (which are my stock cast wheels with Conti PZero snow tires). I can really feel that 10+ pound difference when hoisting the wheels on and off the car.

I do snow/summer wheels and tires on 7-8 cars (mine, family, friends). The worst are the 22” summers on the Lincoln Navigator — they feel like they weigh about 80 lbs. I am looking forward to making my stock M5 20s become snows (currently using square 19s) and buying some lighter wheels.

I will give a quick plug for the Pirelli PZero snow tires. On cold, but dry roads, they behave nearly as well as summer tires on warm roads. I have not used them in deep snow, but others have said they work reasonably well. So far, I have only seen these tires offered by BMW dealers, but at least my dealer gave me a competitive price given that these are premium level tires.

So, over the past year or more of driving, have you experienced any running/interference problems with the 285 front and 305 rear tire sizes?

I have to agree. Don't know exactly why. Side profile, sidewall design, etc. Unknown.

When we figure it out, we'll have to let everyone know!

Just had Michelin PS4 All seasons (295/305 35-20) mounted on DC3 wheels. Car is 2020 base with no suspension mods or spacers. Fit is good with no rubbing at full lock. Pretty happy with the stance too.
