Nice, but just wish they had put this kind dedication to innovation into developing an all new engine for the car instead of re-using previous designs.

The speedometer and tachometer arrows look like it is straight out of Star Wars. They are like lightsabers!
oh and the designer... Japanese German, she is hot!

IMHO it all went terribly wrong when it comes to the design of the DigiDash.
It looks very unnatural, almost fake, like being in some kind of Disney movie. The more possibilities there are, the less you will use them. It`s about driving, not on a trillion way to install your dash. There were times when BMW was leading in dash designs, but nowadays I'm not impressed to say. Look how Porsche is doing, that design has really stepped up the game IMHO In general; I`m not a fan of Digidash, I do like the traditional ones more. |

I'd really like to see BMW use OLED for their screens/panels. LED has come a long way, but universally the blacks just aren't accurate.

Dare i say bmw, and cars in general are getting too techy? No one drives cross country as much and certainly a 20 minute commute to work and the abundance of strip malls every 100 yards doesn’t allow driver/tech involvement. |

pointless extra weight and extra problems in the future. personally i dont even need a screen in the dam thing. itll be outdated tech in 10 years anyways. wouls rather they just use more quality materials on the interior than dump in gesture bs and adaptive whatever the fuck.

Honestly compared to e63s design this seems not impressive. Anytime anyone had a m car it was more special back then with the white background and aurora it gave out. Now they all look very similar from a 328 to a m5 to a 750. Only a 200mph or 330km tells this odemeters apart from non m cars now. M cars should have a completely diff odometer from any non m car and especially thier competitions
