So I have a 2022 LCI M5 base, it has the chrome grille which I want to replace with a gloss black or CF and I have the front camera too, but I am confused between the surround and the vertical slats, I thought it was one piece?

So stupid question. The link for the gloss grille is one piece and comes with the m5 badge too?

It’s kind of confusing if it’s the surround only or 2 piece

Not a stupid question at all. On my pre-LCI, the kidney grilles came as a set, but each side had a separate PN. It's not so clear from the listing whether that's a set or one of the two sides. There's no other listing that lists the other side, so it's possible this is the set. I'd definitely reach out to them and confirm before you place place an order. The dealership did the swap for me, so I don't recall, and I looked for my paperwork, but I've shredded all of my previous M5 stuff already.

On the pre-LCI, the gloss black grill side with the M5 retained the chrome M5 badge. I honestly don't know if that's the same for the LCI.
