Turner Motorsport VS Fall Line Motorsports Skids Plate

Turner Motorsport Skid Plate

Pros:
-Extra aluminum side skid plate protection
-Installation requires no drilling or cutting/modifying OEM parts compared to Fall Line Motorsports skid plate

Cons:
-Aluminum is weaker than the steel version on the Fall Line Motorsport skid plate
-FLM skid plate is made in USA (not sure on origin of TM skid plate, China?) EDIT* TM skid plate is made in USA as well.

Prices are similar, the Turner Motorsport option would be just a tad over the FLM option with side skid plates added in pricing. I've seen some members are happy with the FLM one, any one have experience with the TM skid plate? TIA

I’ve been comparing the two as well, I think it’s a must if you are going to lower the car. The TM skid plate looks like it’s a lot easier to install, with the FLM it looks like you have to drill some holes into the frame, the TM screws into existing threads so I’m probably going to go with that one down the road

Ended up getting the TM skid plate plus the side skids, will post pics once they're installed.

Doing it yourself or having it installed?

Have access to a hoist so will most likely be doing it myself given that the TM skids do not require any drilling/cutting I think it should be a fairly simple bolt on, hopefully.

Turned out really good, very happy with the skid plate + side skid combo! Install was very easy, no cutting/drilling required just simply bolt on.
