Now you got my attention
Because I almost got into an RS7 performance instead of the F90, but the 4 seater killed it with my wife and also my disdain for the hideous hunch! However I am very curious to know your impressions on how they both drive ? Thanks for posting

Those are unusual wheels in the M3! What are they?

The F90 does everything else better and with an exhaust upgrade, it now sounds just as good if not better. I went with an Akra + primary catless DP set up and have no complaints! |

I'm on the quest for a better exhaust sound too but I'm a bit stingy when it comes to exhaust for unknown reasons

The M sport exhaust is good for a reasonable cost but it wasn't good enough for me coming from what I had on the RS7. IMO, if you don't want to splurge, I would go for the Remus. It's priced very fairy and sounds very good. If you want the loudest, maybe a little obnoxious with your neighbors going crazy, Eisenmann race lol. I personally went with the Akra as the sound is an exotic loud but not crazy. Plus you recoup majority of what you invest as the resale price on used units hold their value. |

Just like me, but mine had APR Stage II 700/730 Hp/Torque and was amazingly fast arguably stock M5 F90 fast! Impressions on the departure to ///M5 F90?

As you know, totally different in every way. S8 just rides so smooth in nearly every road condition. The suspension and large 21" tires/wheels just takes the bumps and imperfections in stride. And the S8 is just fast for it's size. I had a RS7 with Stage 1 tune before the S8 Plus and it was a blast. APR makes a good tune for Audi!

I had a serious problem with the lack of leather dash and the cheap plastic in the back between the seats. At least the S8 feels more like a luxury car for the same price. I like the look of the RS7 in many ways, but didn't like the cheap interior and lack of modern tech inside the car. The reason Audi pulled me from BMW in the first place was because they offer active cruise control and all-wheel drive on all the performance cars (RS7, S8, etc) I would consider. BMW didn't offer dynamic cruise control nor did they offer AWD so I was out of the brand and said I wouldn't come back until they did. Well, they do now...so I'm back. |
