These number are sad, I hope residuals change once we hit 2019. I had to push my order from May 18 to January/February 19 due to some personal reasons - if this is the new BMW reality now I'm going to be super bummed.

I would appreciate it MF can also be listed with monthly residuals. I know it is elsewhere but this way we don't have to go looking.

As my F80 lease has 4 months left, I was really hoping for M5C. Not sure with current crazy residual.

They are painful to look at

My F10 M5 lease is up in June of 2019. If this trends continues, I may just end up buying a low low mileage CPO competition package. Wonder if dealers will have any 2019 CPOs in the lot in June/July of 2019?

50% lol ..... 307 2019's on lots, they must really not want to sell cars. Just imagine how bad the M8 and M8 Competition are going to be in terms of insanely inflated MSRP's which price themselves out of the market on top of terrible residuals. Who goes in and plunks down 160k on an M8 that will be worth 84k in 2 years? Much less lease one for 2200/month and it has a 8 speed auto!

I just shake my head and wonder who's leading the ship at BMW sometimes.

Yeah, if the M8 Competition came in at $160k with a few options, then I might as well throw in maybe $20k more and get a new 992 Turbo when they come out.

Lol if the M5C is leasing for roughly 2K, highly doubt 30k more in MSRP will only be 200 more a month.

Thats what I was thinking. M8 looks like a great car but for that price range I'd choose a 992 turbo any day of the week. Heck even an R8 maybe.

anyone have any luck a dealer getting all of the costco discount? from I can tell it is $500-1000 or so above invoice. how willing are they to give you that price ?
i would guess if the car has been there a while then maybe. seems even though there alot of cars on the lots and a fair amount of 2018's tey still dont deal much.
