Can anyone provide me the MF for July? I have two dealers in FL both using .00206 as the MF which seems high to me.

The July buy rate is .00166, so both dealers are marking up the money factor by .0004 (taking the interest rate on the lease from roughly 4% to 5%). By my rough calculations that's about +$70 per month on the payment assuming a 36 month lease (about $2,500 over the life of the lease).

What is the purchase price they quoted you on the car? Car dealerships need to make money. I'm indifferent on where they do that (either the showroom or finance department), but what I've told my dealership is don't bullshit me. Tell me what you want to make overall and then once we agree on a mark-up over cost they can allocate the profit it as they see fit. So if the dealerships you're talking to told you they will sell you the car at MSRP, then tell them they need to reduce the purchase price by $2,500 to offset the profit they've baked into the lease terms.

Can someone please help me understand these numbers that I got from BMW of Las Vegas? They're padding something or they have an error somewhere. Their numbers are crazy high it seems.

MSRP of 109,700
$2,000 rebate
36 months
15k/year
MF 0.00206 (this seems high, seems like it's currently .00167?)

They are quoting me $1,930 tax included with $2,000 down. Using leasehackr I get to $1,798 using his high money factor. How are they getting to $1,930? They even claim they are giving me $7,000 in rebate's, yeah, no they aren't, not at this rate.

Has anyone had luck getting a hold of BMW David? Been trying to get a hold of him and haven't heard anything for like 2 weeks.

Guys, I need help. I have a good friend from Brazil, who currently lives in San Diego (SoCal). I convinced him to go for a drive in the F90, and well he now wants to lease one. Trouble is the lease options they are offering, are not very attractive.

2018 M5 F90 with all options
$122k MSRP, $2k loyalty discount, and $2k rebate
$3K down
$1,860 a month
10,000 miles
5.8% APR

Seems like a shitty deal. Anyway, how are deals currently averaging.

Is this for a '18 or '19. Either way, the MF they are giving is very high. Should be .00166. The reason I ask about model year is because BMW dropped the residuals on '19 significantly so that would be a factor as well.

Oswiff hit it. What residual are you using? If it's a 2019 the residual is 48% for 15,000 miles. On a 2018 it would be 58%.

Yes, it is a shitty deal. I've seen pretty aggressive discounts to move 2018 models - much more than $2,000 loyalty discount. And don't get me started on the money factor. The buy rate is .00166 which is about 4%. The markup they added to the rate bumps the monthly payment up by $163 per month!

Sales Price: $120,000.00

With the 7 MSD's I think the price should be $1,409. So it appears they are marking up the MF to about 0.00135 (3.24%). Over the term of the lease only ~$2000 mark up.

While the extra CF goodies are nice, do you think it's better to just bake them into the lease vs getting another car without them and adding them myself and selling them after 3 years?

Thoughts on the deal?

Pulled the trigger on this deal. Got them down a $100/month and settled at $1378.

Hi I just saw your post I’m shopping around to get maybe an M5, did you get the car or not. Would you mind sharing some informations about this dealership?
Thank you

I just got a ridiculous deal this past weekend. So good I backed out of my pre ordered car that was to be delivered today.

MSRP 113,900
MF.00166
36/10k
-$9650 Discount
-$1000 loyalty rebate

$103,250

$1330 including tax, $2k down including first payment.

In ADDITION, a check back to me for $3006 (3 2016 X5 payments @$1002 ea, no pullahead program currently)

Basically $100k when all done..

Deals are out there, and I really didnt fight very hard for this one.. Car was on their lot for 3 weeks....

I will say this, STAY VERY FAR AWAY from Rick Hill Imports in Kingsport, TN and don't even think about buying any car from any Hendrick owned dealership... I'm off my soap box now, thank you!

BMWCCA rebates aren't affected by any discounts you get from the dealer, or any other BMW rebates etc. Even ED cars get the rebate.
