Track Day fun!
Hey guys, I posted on here about a week ago asking for some track day advice for my 2018 M5. I read each comment and holy can I say what an experience. I will post vids when I get home but basically, all day long it was absolutely pouring rain, everyone was holding back but the M5 was just a beast (4WD, traction on, sport plus everything) I had no sliding or traction control cutting power (I also got in the top 5 for lap records for the track haha) The car honestly handled better in pouring rain than my Nismo 370 did on a hot day. I am absolutely blown away. Thanks y'all!

I viewed your videos........It was a shame the track was wet
Is your car a Base or a Comp And if it's a Base how was it on the track I'm on the fence purchasing a Base vs Comp (Ride quality) Planning on doing a few track days but it will spend 99% of time on the street |

I've driven a Base with 19-inch wheel and a Comp in the same day
The road they took me on wasn't smooth and the Comp 'bounced" in the Comfort mode but I didn't press the CA to go on a smooth road I live/drive on almost smooth roads There's a dealer 1-hour away that has a base with 20-inch wheel and a Comp I'm going to attempt to schedule a test drive for both |
